What it costs

For an insured claim the repair runs through your insurer. Separate assignments are carried out on an itemised quote, with a fixed rate for the call-out and the investigation. You know in advance where you stand.

Does my tiling have to come off?

Only where it is genuinely necessary. We open up precisely at the spot the detection identifies, and put it back afterwards.

Who is responsible in an owners' association?

Riser pipes and communal parts generally fall under the association, pipework inside your own home under you. We record in the report where the cause was.

Can you carry out the repair as well?

Yes, and that is precisely the point. The same company that repairs the source also repairs the resulting damage. No waiting between two firms pointing at each other.
