Drying, plastering, painting, tiling and flooring. We only finish once the substrate is dry, because paint over damp comes back within six months. Scheduled in consultation with the resident.

Walked through together, photos into the case file, and the space left clean.
What it costs
For an insured claim the repair is part of the estimate sent to the insurer. You see in advance what is covered and what is not. Without insurance we work on an itemised quote per element.

Questions we are often asked
Can I stay in the house during the repair?
In most cases, yes. We work room by room, cover the area and leave it clean. For major repairs we discuss beforehand what that means for you.
How long does the drying take?
That depends on the construction. A plasterboard ceiling dries in days; a saturated concrete floor can take weeks. We measure rather than guess.
Will it be exactly the same colour and tile?
We match as closely as possible. If a tile is no longer available, we discuss the options before anything is removed.
Do you also do only the finishing?
Yes. If a report already exists, or the cause has been repaired by someone else, we can carry out the repair as a separate assignment.
