For insurers

One party for inspection, reporting and repair.

For insurers, cases run over when the assessor, the repairer and the policyholder work past each other. We take on the entire chain and keep the case file visible to you.

What are you running into?

Tap what you recognise from your own case files.

Our inspections are carried out by structural engineers. Moisture readings are photographed with the value visible, cause and consequential damage are described separately, and the estimate is itemised per element.
That distinction determines cover, and it is exactly where a structural assessment makes the difference. We describe the technical condition factually, without passing judgement on cover — that remains yours.
Because inspection, report and repair sit with one party, the handover between parties disappears. There is no waiting time between assessment and execution, and no dispute about the estimate afterwards.
We keep the policyholder informed through our portal and take over correspondence on the basis of an authorisation. You receive no interim status enquiries.
You can. Insurers get access to the cases running with them: status, documents, photos and planning in one overview, without having to call.

How we handle it

  1. Instruction

You register the case, or the policyholder contacts us directly quoting the policy number.

  2. Inspection

On site within the agreed deadline, by a structural engineer.

  3. Reporting

Cause, extent, consequential damage and repair estimate in a fixed format, with images.

  4. Coordination

Questions from the handler we deal with directly, without the policyholder in between.

  5. Repair and handover

Carried out under our direction, with checks and handover. Everything stays in the case file.

What it costs

A leak detection is a separate assignment at a fixed rate, which you hear in advance. Many insurers reimburse tracing costs when the leak itself is covered — send your policy schedule and we will check that before we come.

Questions we are often asked

Are you independent if you also carry out the repair?

We are a restoration company, not a counter-assessor, and we do not present ourselves as one. The report contains facts: cause, extent, readings and images. Questions of cover we leave explicitly to the insurer; that is stated in every report we issue. The report rate is moreover the same whether we carry out the repair or not.

What method do you report to?

We work to a verifiable method in line with the conduct rules and principles of the Dutch NIVRE framework for loss adjusters. The inspection is visual and non-destructive unless otherwise agreed; assumptions and limitations are stated in every report.

What is your service area and capacity?

South Holland and Amsterdam, with an office in Amsterdam. We work with fixed trades per discipline under our own direction, which lets us scale on volume without giving up control.

Can we see a sample report?

Yes. Get in touch and we will send an anonymised report. A demonstration of the case system is also possible.

Want to work with us?
