Damage assessment
A report your insurer can use.
Cause, extent and repair costs, supported by photos and readings, in a fixed format. So the assessment is about facts rather than assumptions.

What do you need a report for?
Tap what applies to you.
How we handle it
Request
You request an inspection and tell us what it concerns. Sending your policy schedule helps.
Inspection on site
We document the damage, measure moisture and investigate the cause.
Evidence
Photos, readings and where needed leak detection or a pressure test.
Report
Cause, extent, consequential damage and repair estimate, in a fixed format.
Follow-up
We handle the insurer's questions. You do not have to sit in between.
What it costs
An inspection with report is a separate assignment at a fixed rate, which you hear in advance. It commits you to nothing: you may have us carry out the repair, but you are not obliged to.

Questions we are often asked
Are you independent if you also carry out the repair?
We are a restoration company, not a counter-assessor. The report contains the facts: cause, extent, readings and photos. You are never obliged to have the repair done by us.
How soon will I have the report?
Usually within a few working days of the inspection. If leak detection or a drying period is needed, you will hear that at the inspection.
Will my insurer accept this report?
We deliver in the format insurers are used to: cause, extent, consequential damage and estimate, with images. Questions from the handler we deal with directly.
Can I order only a report?
Yes. That is a separate assignment with no obligation to have the repair carried out.
